The Oversight and Audit Committee held its regular meeting on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at the headquarters of the Iraqi Company for Financing Small and Medium Enterprises, in the presence of representatives of the joint-stock banks:

About the Bank of Assyria, the Middle East Bank, the Sumer Bank, and the Gulf Bank

Where direct lending services were reviewed from the financing programs and direct lending mechanisms adopted by the company. The review of the financial statements included a discussion of the company’s final accounts until 12/31/2024  

It was agreed to follow up on the implementation of some recommendations and present them to senior management and the General Authority to take the necessary final decisions.
