The company aims to update the application regularly and may change the content at any time.

Any materials appearing in the application may be outdated at any time, and the company assumes no obligation to update such materials.

Unless otherwise stated, the company owns all intellectual property rights in all texts, photographs, graphics, computer codes, and the general design of the application.

The materials are available for online viewing only. They may not be reproduced, used, or stored without prior express written permission from the company.

The materials displayed are provided without any warranties regarding their accuracy. The company excludes:

• Loss of income, revenue, or profits.
• Loss of data or expected savings.
• Loss of reputation or administrative time waste.
• Any indirect loss resulting from civil liability or breach of contract.

You must not misuse the application by introducing viruses or technologically harmful materials.

Unauthorized access to servers or databases connected to the application is prohibited.

The company will report any breach to law enforcement authorities and your right to use the application will cease immediately.

You may only use the application for lawful purposes. It is prohibited to use it:

(a) in any way that violates any applicable local or international law.

(b) in any unlawful or fraudulent manner.

Iraqi courts have jurisdiction over any claim arising from or related to the use of the ICFSME MOBILE application, while the company reserves the right to prosecute violators in their country of residence.

ICFSME MOBILE is committed to protecting the privacy of its application users and providing a secure environment for their personal and financial data in accordance with applicable standards.
