About the Company

The Iraqi Company for Financing Small and Medium Enterprises Limited was established under the Ministry of Commerce / Companies Registration Department according to the certificate of incorporation No. (M Sh/2 - 72015) dated May 18, 2009.

The company is subject to the supervision and control of the Central Bank of Iraq according to license No. (9/3/3359) for the year 2011. We are proud to serve the commercial, agricultural, industrial, health, and service sectors.

Company Development Stages

Foundation Launch

The company was established under the certificate of incorporation No. (M Sh 72012/2) issued by the Companies Registration Department at the Ministry of Commerce dated May 18, 2009.

Central Bank of Iraq License

The company is the first company in Iraq licensed by the Central Bank of Iraq, and operates under its direct supervision and control according to license No. (9/3/3359).

Total Financing Volume

The loan portfolio reached $90,012,466 million US dollars at the end of 2021, providing support to 5,932 successful projects across all sectors.

Direct Lending Phase

It was decided that the company would play the primary role in the direct lending process according to the amendment of Instruction No. 3 issued by the Central Bank of Iraq, to enhance the micro-economy.

Expansion in Babylon and Karbala

The geographical expansion phase began with the opening of our new branches to serve the people of Babylon and Karbala governorates, ensuring that our financial services reach the largest possible segment.
