The Iraqi Company for Financing Small and Medium Enterprises Limited participated in the annual conference organized by the Microfinance Network in Arab Countries “Sanabel” in Jordan from May 13, 2024 to May 15, 2024. The conference focused on financial inclusion and was held under the patronage of the Governor of the Central Bank of Jordan. The event addressed global trends and their impact on the microfinance industry in Arab countries, and included various discussion sessions.

It was attended by more than 250 representatives of financial institutions from various parts of the Arab world. The first session opened with a discussion of global economic trends and their role in shaping the credit landscape in Arab countries. Subsequent sessions covered topics such as innovation in financial services, women's empowerment in the financial sector, and challenges of accessing finance for marginalized groups. The conference was an opportunity to exchange knowledge and enhance cooperation between financial institutions to improve financial inclusion in the Arab region.
