In line with the vision of the Iraqi Company for Financing Small and Medium Enterprises to contribute to achieving financial inclusion, the company opened its new branch in Babil Governorate - Al-Hilla on Monday, November 4, 2024.

This is within the framework of our expansion plans that aim to strengthen our presence in various governorates of Iraq. This opening comes as a new step towards achieving our vision of supporting the local economy by providing innovative and flexible financing solutions to entrepreneurs and small business owners.

Mr. Muhammad Al-Handal, Executive Director of the Iraqi Company, said: “The opening of the new branch of the Iraqi Company comes in line with the company’s strategy in developing the business environment and supporting owners of micro and small projects, especially in the governorates, which contributes to supporting local communities and reducing poverty and unemployment by providing responsible financing that supports these projects in addition to creating a culture of self-employment, especially among women and youth, which contributes to achieving common prosperity.”

While Mr. Haitham Al-Qaisi, Assistant Executive Director, said: “The opening of the new branch in the city of Hilla comes in implementation of our vision and strategic plans for this year to increase expansion and spread in the governorates of Iraq to include the largest number of individuals, project owners and entrepreneurs.
