The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) held its inaugural conference in Baghdad entitled “Access to Finance” in the presence of the Central Bank of Iraq, the Association of Iraqi Private Banks, the Ministry of Finance and the financial sector, in order to support the Iraqi national economy.

The two-day conference provided a common platform for various stakeholders by creating opportunities for Iraqi companies to secure financing and promote economic growth in Iraq.
